Have you ever heard someone saying that it took him/her few hours in the night to get into sleep? And you might have also heard few saying they could simply get into sleep in minutes. Have you ever wondered what could be the reason behind this phenomenon? Well! I thought about it and postulated some interesting points. Let's discuss few minutes about this and then will get into the details. There are several ways people opt to get sleep. Few do some activity and slowly fall asleep. Few lie in the bed and starts thinking about something and slowly fall asleep. Few just lie on the bed and get into sleep in few minutes. Few others do some activity and fell asleep for some time and again do the activity then fall asleep and repeat it for sometimes and finally fall asleep.
