Why do we need to encourage Entrepreneurship?

Whenever some person tells students/youngsters to become an entrepreneur, you normally get these type of reactions.

1. Yes, I want to become an entrepreneur. But many have no idea why should one become an entrepreneur.
2. Is entrepreneurship an ultimate success for any young person?
3. If all are trying to become entrepreneurs who will work for them?

Let's first talk about 2Q:

1. Definitely No, this is not an ultimate success for any student or scholar. But I think this is the ultimate success for society. 
2. You are asked to become an entrepreneur not for yourself but for society. You create something where people work and earn money. That's what any society wants. 
3. Any developing country needs a lot of new companies. Which will not simply improve the economy but will multiply the GDP several times. When you start a company you are not only giving 1st person jobs but providing secondary, tertiary.... jobs too. I think you can understand this.
4. So, whenever someone asks you to become one and if you don't want to just don't say anything. Let others think about it. 

3Q: This is a ridiculous question. They are just defending their cowardice.
Entrepreneurs are like fingers and employees are like thick hair. Hair can never become fingers.

1Q: Poor fellas! These are better than other guys. Many of these guys have no idea why should one become an entrepreneur. It's perfectly normal. They will think and able to crack it. Most of these guys just need a push or a bigger push. Many a time there is no one to push u to become an entrepreneur like your parents/ teachers pushes you to hell to get marks. So, you pull yourself and become an entrepreneur. 

4. When a non-entrepreneur tells this, like I'm saying now, they ask me to try first, before advising others. 

4Q: Well! If you concentrate on the "content" rather than "person", you wouldn't get this question.

If you follow a perosn you will become a follower(Sheep), but, if you follow the person's content you will become a "leader"(Keeper).

Don't follow a "person" but follow their "content". Here application is more imp than following.
